A SAP developer's main role is contribute to new developments in SAP ERP implementation based on an in depth analysis of technical and functional needs.

SAP Developers are responsible for the design, programming, testing of report generation, lay outs, uploads, downloads and interfaces. Also for creation, execution and documenting tests necessary to ensure that performance requirements are met.

The following is usually required:

• 3 years business experience minimum in consultancy or other similar role
• 3-4 years' SAP experience, or at least 1 full life-cycle project working as a developer
• Experience of SAP R/3 implementations in at least one blue-chip company
• In-depth knowledge of core requirements to setup & maintain SAP environment
• 2-4 years experience in any given SAP module
